Waveney Valley Food Poverty
This report from the Mid Suffolk Green Party Instagram site reports on food poverty across the Waveney Valley.
"Attending a meeting with Trussell UK I was informed of some shocking figures on food poverty. Need for food parcels in the Waveney Valley have increased by 50% in the past 5 years.
I support their call for UC system which ensures people can afford essentials like food, housing allowance linked to local rents, multi year funding for local crisis support."

What the Media Say
The British voting system's first past the post method seems to be ineffective as it results in an imbalance in the House of Commons. The vote share does not align with the seat share, leading to an unfair representation of parties.
